How to book:

2. Select your service option
3. Follow the steps to select the appointment date, time, and pay for your service or select and submit your membership choices
4. After booking your appointment Submit your address at the bottom of the booking page. (new clients or change of address)

What to expect:
Time- Your therapist will arrive to your location within a (45 minutes window), between 30minutes prior to service time and 15minutes after without being considered early or late. Due to clients differing locations and traffic patterns, we ask clients to book so that the listed time variation is adequate. You will be notified if the therapist is more than 15 minutes early or will be arriving within 15minutes after the appointment time. If your therapist will be more than 15minutes behind the appointment time you will be given an option to reschedule or continue with the session and accommodated for the inconveniences, because customer satisfaction is our priority!. You are also required to call if you are running late, appointments at or exceeding 30 minutes late are subject to cancellation with charge. Process- You must complete an intake form if you have not printed and completed it in advance. You will be asked to verbally give your consent and state all problem areas as well. Our therapists provides everything to create a spa experience for your selected service. Your session will be customized to fit your individual needs. Communication is key, always speak up and let you therapist know if you need more or less pressure, or if you prefer to spend more or all of your time in a certain area. This sessions all about you! The only exceptions is if there is a contraindication present or the therapist notices a different source of your issue, in such case your therapist will explain their assessment to you verbally. You should feel comfortable enough to trust their instincts, because although we love to pamper our clients aiding in healing is our first priority!
How to prepare:
All furry friends must be in a separate location for safety precautions.
You should verify location and any parking concerns
practice proper hygiene, and tie your hair up if applicable.
Feel free to wear a robe to shorten the start time
Find a clear open space at least 8ft x 10ft (near a wall outlet if you have a spa session)
Set your lighting and scenery up the way that you like it, and your therapist will setup the rest
**If you have a pest infestation of any kind rebook your session for a date at least 2 months after being treated.
Rescheduling policy/Cancellation:
24 hr notice is required for appointment cancellations/rescheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so before the 24hr time frame. You can reschedule through the confirmation email that is sent to you upon booking. If you encounter an issue with the online system inform us immediately via text, call/voicemail, or email. Violation of the cancellation policy will result in the client being charged a re-booking fee ($35), second violation will forfeit 50% of appointments total cost (balances are always credited to future appointments), and all further violations will be charged the full price for the missed session. If you cancel with less than 5hr notice or no show you will forfeit the entire session. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that everyone's time is respected.
Q. How do I know which service I should book?
A. Read the service descriptions. Also as a rule of thumb if this is your first session or you have actually problem areas that you need worked we always recommend at least a 90 minute session. This will ensure enough time to provide a thorough unrushed session.
Q. Will I have to undress completely ?
A. NO, you will always undress to your comfort level. You are covered at all times with a blanket, and only the area being worked at that moment will be exposed while being massaged.
